Terms & Conditions:

• Orders will only be processed once deposit has been paid.

• Once the deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable.

• Any dietary requirements or restrictions must be addressed upon enquiry.

• To ensure food quality, on-site service is required for our canapés packages. (Please contact us directly for a more detailed quotation.)

• Our canapés packages will be charged according to the number of people (minimum of 60).

• For our main catering menu, a minimum order of HK$3,000 is required.

• Deposits

  • Pick-up/Delivery option: A deposit of 50% of the total amount ​is required 5 days before the date of service.

  • Canapés/Catering option: A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required 10 days before the date of service.

• Delivery & Miscellaneous Charges

  • To ensure food quality, our delivery option is only available to Hong Kong Island.​ For other locations, please let us know.

  • Our deliveries are made via Gogovan, charges apply (i.e. tunnel fees, carpark entrances, etc).

  • Delivery & pick-up time: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Holy Eats, 23 Elgin Street, Soho, Central)

  • Extra service charge will be incurred during Public Holidays (Hong Kong Public Holidays only).

• Cancellation Policy

  • Once the deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable.

  • Postponement/rescheduling will be accepted if customer puts in the request 4 days before the original date of service.

  • Hong Kong Catering Concepts shall not be responsible for any loss directly or indirectly incurred as a result of reschedule.

• Adverse Weather Arrangements

  • ​We will suspend our service if the typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted 6 hours prior to the date and time of event. We will liaise with you and re-schedule the date of event provided that such event shall be held within 30 calendar days from the original date of event.

• Payment Methods

  • Payments for both deposit and remaining balance can be made via Cash, PayMe HK, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay HK, or Bank Deposit (Bank of China).​

• In the case of any dispute, Hong Kong Catering Concepts reserve the right of final decision.
